Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration
 
The John Paul II Eucharistic Adoration Chapel is located in the Children's Center. The chapel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for perpetual adoration of the Eucharist. Volunteers sign up and commit to be present with the Body of Christ for an hour at a time. This is the only parish in the Diocese with Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration with Exposition. Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist
The pastor invites and appoints members to serve as ministers of the Eucharist. All are privileged to assist the Clergy at the Celebration of the Mass. In addition, they bring the Holy Eucharist into the home or into hospital facilities to those who are either ill or infirm.
All members have a responsibility to promote devotion and understanding of the Blessed Sacrament. They should, and do, bear in mind they have the honor of actually bringing to their fellow Christians, the Mystical Body of Christ Himself. Contact the parish office, 267-9241.

Lectors
Lectors proclaim the Word of God at the weekend Masses and other liturgical services. Training is provided for this important ministry. Contact Joe Parise, 880-9123 or the parish office.

Altar Servers
Immaculate Conception students in grades 7 through 12 are eligible to serve the parish as altar servers. They provide service for Sunday liturgies, funerals and special occasions. For information on policy or scheduling, contact Don Harbaugh, 447-0360 or the parish office.

Greeters
Parish Greeters welcome members and visitors at our weekend Masses. The Greeters express our desire to be a warm and friendly parish and are available to help those who need assistance. Additional greeters are needed and welcome to be a part of this important ministry. Please call the parish office, 267-9241.

Ushers
The role of the Usher is one of offering a friendly welcoming presence to those coming to worship, providing assistance in securing seating for latecomers, providing assistance in emergencies, providing assistance in taking up the collection, providing assistance at the time of the presentation of the gifts, providing assistance in the dissemination of the parish bulletin at the church doors and participating in the clean-up of the church after the completion of Mass. Traditional Choir
The Immaculate Conception Choir is a volunteer ministry of men and women of the parish who provide musical leadership at the 11:30am Sunday Mass and other important celebrations during the Liturgical year. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30pm. The Choir season is September through May. New members are welcome. Additional singers are welcome for the Festival Christmas and Easter Choir which rehearses during Advent and Lent. the Choir is under the direction of Dale Beaver. Contemporary Liturgical Music Group
The CLMG serves the parish by leading the congregation in prayerful song at the 9:30am Mass on Sunday. Singers and instrumentalists looking for and opportunity to learn and sing/play contemporary liturgical music are invited to join CLMG at their practices or Sunday liturgies. Children's Choir
Parish students in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades are invited to participate in the Children's Choir. They meet for rehearsal every Tuesday afternoon from 3:15 to 4:15pm from September to May. They provide music for a weekend liturgy once a month. Fun activities include a December caroling/pizza party and an end of the year get together. Funeral Choir
The Funeral Choir sings for Funeral Masses at Immaculate Conception. No rehearsals are required. The group meets upon notification by the group leader. New members are welcome. Contact Dale Beaver, 252-6030 or the parish office.

Children's Liturgy
A Children's Liturgy for the parish students, age 6 through grade 5, on Sunday mornings during the 9:30am Mass. Students begin Mass with their families and then proceed to Room A for the Gospel and Homily that is designed for their needs and level of understanding. Children's Liturgy begins in September and runs through mid-May. There is no pre-registration or registration fee and children attend as their schedule permits.
